Since 1960, Aspire has been recognized as a leader in providing bold, pioneering services to individuals with disabilities and their families in the Chicagoland community. Their programs include:

Aspire is seeking to fill a key position to help advance their goal of creating communities where people of all abilities live, learn, and grow together. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated passion for working alongside people with disabilities and collaborating to pursue greater possibilities.

Senior Director of Philanthropy

Collaborate with the Chief Philanthropy Officer
Create, plan, execute, lead, and manage a comprehensive effort to grow contributed revenue across the organization through big picture strategies

Manage, Mentor, and Inspire
Supervise and coach a top-talent philanthropy team -- including three direct reports: Director of Grants and Partnerships, Philanthropy Associate Director, and Director of Annual Giving -- through strategic direction and process improvement while setting the tone for innovative thinking

Strengthen Fundraising and Stewardship
Provide oversight and serve as creator of fundraising programs while partnering closely with the marketing and events team
