GiGi’s Playhouse, located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is searching for an Executive Director with the passion to change the way the world views Down syndrome. This presents an exciting opportunity for an externally-minded professional with strong fundraising, operations, staff, and volunteer management experience.
About the Position
Enhance the “National Playhouse” Experience: With responsibility for fundraising and program outcomes, this role provides a unique opportunity to manage operations, promote programming innovations, and endorse the GiGi’s Playhouse model to communities both locally and nationally.
Lead with Passion: Set and drive the strategies to run an effective Playhouse, meet fundraising and community outreach goals, and set the bar for excellence across Gigi’s Playhouse’s 55 locations nationwide. Supervise and motivate a six-person staff along with hundreds of volunteers and collaborate with leadership, staff colleagues, and GiGi’s Playhouse partners around the globe.
