[Don Souhrada](https://www.twbfundraising.com/staff/don-souhrada/), formerly senior vice president, will become president and co-partner of the firm with Founding Partner [Clyde Watkins](https://www.twbfundraising.com/staff/clyde-watkins/), chairman of the firm. Souhrada succeeds Founding Partner [Gene Brandt](https://www.twbfundraising.com/staff/gene-brandt/), who retired from the firm at the end of 2017. Souhrada joined TW&B in 2011 following a 20-year career serving several of the most respected universities and medical centers in the country. TW&B’s third founding partner, [Larry Ter Molen](https://www.twbfundraising.com/staff/larry-ter-molen/), retired in 2007. Clyde has said of the transition, “Gene and I are delighted to know that under Don’s leadership, the high quality personal service that TW&B has provided to hundreds of non-profit organizations across the country will continue long after we have written our last case statement. I’ve seen how Don consistently provides his clients creative solutions, and we’re counting on Don’s creative approaches to carry over to growing TW&B for the next decade and beyond,” Of his new appointment, Don says, “Clyde and Gene have built TW&B into one of the most recognized fundraising consulting firms in Chicago and the Midwest. They did this with integrity, excellent customer service and fundraising counsel tailored to their clients’ needs. I couldn’t be more pleased to continue their legacy of advancing non-profits’ missions while providing leadership to the seasoned fundraising professionals at TW&B, and adding wonderful new consultants to extend our reach.” - [#News and Events](https://blog.twbfundraising.com/topic/news-events) [![TWB Fundraising](https://blog.twbfundraising.com/hubfs/TWB-Logo_RGB-web.png)](https://blog.twbfundraising.com/author/ter-molen-watkins-brandt) Written by ### [TWB Fundraising](https://blog.twbfundraising.com/author/ter-molen-watkins-brandt) Let’s explore moving forward together.
